Are you a total superfan of of everything entertainment? Well then there’s an award show for you! The MTV Fandom Awards celebrates talent from the big and small screen, where the winners are determined by diehard fans via online and social voting. 

Instead of gushing over the who’s who of Hollywood, we totally geeked out over being able to supply all the truss structures for this years event hosted at San Diego’s Comic Con. The Gallagher team provided a self climbing truss structure on the main stage supporting lighting and custom props, PA truss structures, a custom round truss grid for the LG photo op exhibit, a 30′ x 8′ step and repeat flat wall, and custom printing. 

The second annual Fandom Awards was chock full of pleasant surprises, but the biggest highlight was providing engineered truss structures that executed the designers vision. Our structures ensured structural safety for all of the performers and spectators, which could only be done with the use of G-Blocks.
